Job summary

The DREAM Program, Inc. in Philadelphia seeks a Part-Time Site Manager for DREAM-Philly afterschool and Village Mentoring programs.

You will lead a single site, ensure safe, high-quality youth programming, supervise staff, and manage family communication before, during, and after programming hours. You will oversee site operations, attendance, and safety procedures, coordinating with school partners as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school-age youth in afterschool, camp, mentoring or similar programs.
• Prior supervisory or lead staff experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, proactive communicator with youth, staff, families, and school partners.

Responsibilities

• Open and prepare the site each day with supplies and snacks.
• Oversee afterschool and Village Mentoring programming per DREAM schedule.
• Maintain accurate attendance and program records.
• Coordinate youth arrival, dismissal, and family communication.
• Close the site daily, secure materials and perform site walkthroughs.
• Provide coaching to staff and lead pre/post-program debriefs.
