YMCA of Greater Houston seeks an Afterschool Site Lead to oversee a licensed school-age enrichment program in Katy, TX. Youll ensure safety, engagement, and daily operations while implementing YMCA curriculum and maintaining compliance with licensing requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with youth, and the ability to coordinate with families, schools, and YMCA staff. Part-time schedule and a base hourly pay with a temporary $3/hour stipend are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Requires high school diploma or GED with 70 hours of youth development training
• At least 1 year working with youth in licensed settings
• CPR, First Aid, AED, and Child Abuse Prevention certifications (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to plan and implement age-appropriate activities and programming
• Experience with diverse populations and background checks
