Job summary

Omega Community Development Corporation seeks an organized Site Lead to oversee Edwin Joel Brown afterschool program hours, supervising staff, scholars, volunteers, attendance, meals, and documentation to ensure safety and program compliance.

The Site Lead acts as the on-site point of contact, coordinating with coaches, school personnel, and partners to support orderly operations, student accountability, and prompt reporting of incidents and dismissal procedures.

Qualifications

• Hold a college degree from an accredited college or university.
• Have prior experience in a leadership, supervisory, management, or site-operations role.
• Have experience working directly with children or youth, preferably in an afterschool, educational, recreational, athletic, nonprofit, or community-based setting.
• Demonstrate the ability to coordinate multiple activities, groups, staff members, volunteers, and shared spaces simultaneously.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage daily site operations and provide effective supervision to staff, scholars, and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Edwin Joel Brown's overall site activities during designated afterschool programming hours.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for after-school operations and activities.
• Coordinate with coaches, club advisors, school personnel, program staff, volunteers, and community partners to support organized and effective afterschool operations.
• Maintain an accurate daily schedule of afterschool activities, participating groups, assigned spaces, responsible adults, and dismissal times.
• Ensure supervision of activities by appropriate staff, coaches, volunteers, or program representatives.
