Catalyst Family Inc. is seeking an Assistant Site Coordinator to support the Site Coordinator in managing an after-school program site, ensuring high-quality programming, staff support, and student engagement.

This on-site role focuses on mentoring, supervision, and administrative tasks within a dynamic after-school setting. The position offers day-to-day operational duties, coordination with school staff and families, and opportunities to lead activities, track attendance, and ensure safety and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year minimum experience in expanded learning or youth development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and basic digital tools.
• Flexible, team oriented, child focused and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Coordinator in supervising instructor staff and volunteers.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership for student engagement, classroom management, and curriculum delivery.
• Support staff scheduling, timekeeping, and substitute coverage.
• Lead program activities including academic support, enrichment, and recreation.
• Maintain student attendance records and daily logs.
• Assist with lesson planning and curriculum organization.
• Track supplies usage and assist in inventory and basic purchasing.
