Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher required.
• Minimum of four years of experience working directly with children/adolescents.
• Familiarity with School District of Philadelphia environments, grant-funded youth programming, or community outreach preferred.
• Proficiency with administrative systems, program data tracking, and payroll platforms (e.g. Rippling).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program logistics and space usage across classrooms, cafeteria, and gym.
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and scheduling for the high school peer mentorship program.
• Supervise the daily snack program during afterschool and summer sessions.
• Act as liaison for program enhancements, field trips, sports, and on-site vendor activities.
• Maintain accurate program data in required tracking systems and ensure compliance with policies.
