Responsibilities

• Plan and implement curriculum and provide leadership to staff in the classroom.
• Work cooperatively with staff to ensure program quality.
• Provide direction to Assistant Teachers as needed.
• Promote child growth and development and positive behaviors.
• Care for the health and well-being of children and report incidents promptly.
• Maintain program records and attend trainings and staff meetings.
