Job summary

Quirk Auto Dealerships in Braintree, MA is seeking a Full Time Sales Support Coordinator to assist customers with paperwork, warranties, and post-delivery questions. You will liaison among customers, management, lenders, and internal departments to ensure each vehicle transaction is completed smoothly.

Responsibilities include following up after delivery, resolving missing documents, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Required Proficiencies:

• Assist customers with questions regarding paperwork, warranties, and other after-sale items

Preferred Skills:

• Automotive dealership, banking, finance, administrative, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to follow up consistently and resolve missing paperwork/funding issues.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership management systems and lender systems.
• Must have a flexible work schedule and have the ability to work days, nights and weekends

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of a background check, including but not limited to, a criminal record check, physical and drug screen and motorvehicle records check (if applicable to position).
