Job summary

Quirk Auto Dealerships is seeking an Aftersales Coordinator to support the sales department in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will assist customers with paperwork and warranties, resolve issues, and maintain communication between customers and lenders until transactions are complete.

The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills with flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends, and it offers a path in a respected New England dealership group.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership, banking, finance, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to follow up consistently and resolve missing paperwork.

We are currently looking to fill the position of an Aftersales Coordinator to support our sales department.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced automotive environment, is organization, and is comfortable communicating with both customers and financial institutions. • Assist customers with questions regarding paperwork, warranties, and other after-sale items
• Help resolve outstanding issues professionally and maintain a positive customer experience after the vehicle has been delivered
• Maintain consistent communication between customers, management, lenders, and internal departments until each transaction is complete.
• Follow up with customers after delivery when additional signatures, documents, or information are required.

Preferred Skills:

• Automotive dealership, banking, finance, administrative, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to follow up consistently and resolve missing paperwork/funding issues.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership management systems and lender systems.
• Must have a flexible work schedule and have the ability to work days, nights and weekends

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of a background check, including but not limited to, a criminal record check, physical and drug screen and motorvehicle records check (if applicable to position).
