Quirk Auto Dealerships is seeking an Aftersales Coordinator to support our sales department in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will assist customers with paperwork, warranties, and after-sale items while maintaining clear communication with lenders and internal teams until each transaction is complete.

This role emphasizes follow-up after delivery for any additional signatures or documents, and requires organized multitasking with a strong customer-service focus in a hands-on in-person

Qualifications

• Background check including criminal record, physical, drug screen and MVR if applicable.
• Excellent communication with customers, lenders and internal departments.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership management systems.
