The Michaels Companies Inc. in Pottstown, PA is seeking a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout.

You will assist with unloading trucks, stocking, planograms, omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS), and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store while following SOPs and safety guidelines; weekend and night shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate the register accurately.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and curbside support.
• Participate in unloading trucks and stocking, ensuring in-stock store.
• Maintain planograms and support store recovery and safety programs.
