Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Pottstown, PA is seeking a store associate to help customers, process framing orders, and keep the framing department well stocked.

You will operate the cash register, assist with omni-channel processes, and deliver friendly service in a busy retail environment. Prior retail experience is preferred; basic computer and framing equipment skills are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred or helpful.

• Adhere to SOPs and company standards to ensure compliance with laws.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and related areas.
• Operate cash register and cash-handling to standards.
