Job summary

EzCare ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for in-home ABA therapy in Hampton, VA. The position offers consistent afternoon and early-evening hours with immediate client assignments.

You will work one-on-one with children, under BCBA supervision, providing high-quality ABA services, data collection, and family collaboration. RBT certification preferred, with ongoing clinical support and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data.
• Support skill acquisition and behavior goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors.
