Job summary

Autism Center of Excellence in Virginia Beach is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings after school hours. You will work under a BCBA to implement individualized plans, collect data, and maintain complete documentation.

Requirements include active RBT certification, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between service locations when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect session data and document using our electronic data collection system.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans.
