EzCare ABA is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a client in Fairfax, VA (22030). The role focuses on helping non-verbal learners develop communication, social, and daily living skills through in-home ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience with non-verbal children.
• Experience implementing communication-focused ABA programs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Support communication skill development for a non-verbal learner.
• Collect and record session data accurately.
• Collaborate with caregivers and clinical team members.
• Create engaging and motivating learning opportunities.
• Celebrate client progress and milestones.
