EzCare ABA is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the Ruther Glen, VA area for part-time, in-home ABA therapy with consistent afternoon-evening hours. Immediate client assignments and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience highly valued.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and maintain accurate session data.
• Support behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals.
• Create engaging learning opportunities and reinforce progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors.
