EzCare ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians for Richmond, VA (23224) to provide in-home ABA therapy with an afternoon-early evening schedule. Immediate client placement and consistent hours offer reliable, ongoing work with BCBA supervision and mentorship.

Compensations range from $25 to $34 per hour based on experience, with paid training and advancement opportunities. This role focuses on developing communication, social, and daily living skills in children, partnering with families

Formación

• Current RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children preferred; ABA experience valued.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Create engaging and motivating learning opportunities.
• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
