Job summary

HireCare Services in Hampton, VA seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behaviour Technicians (BT) for in-home ABA therapy with children. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules, ongoing training, and supportive supervision help you grow in the field.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA services, follow BCBA plans, teach communication and daily living skills, collect data, and build strong relationships with families while making a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification OR willingness to obtain certification (training provided)
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply for BT roles
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Communicate client progress with your supervising BCBA
• Complete session notes and documentation on time
• Build positive relationships with clients and families
