Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering individualized 1:1 ABA therapy services.
• Implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collecting and recording client data accurately.
• Creating engaging and motivating learning opportunities.
• Collaborating with caregivers and clinical supervisors.
• Supporting skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Celebrating client progress and meaningful milestones.
• Every session helps a child gain confidence, independence, and new skills.
