Job summary

HireCare Services is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide high-quality in-home ABA therapy in Richmond, VA, and surrounding areas. This part-time role offers flexibility, professional growth, and a meaningful impact for children and families.

As an RBT or BT, you’ll work 1:1 under a BCBA, implementing individualized ABA plans, collecting data, and communicating progress to the team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification — or willingness to obtain (training support provided).
• Open to entry-level candidates for BT roles.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Share updates and progress with the BCBA team.
