Job summary

Mayfran International is seeking a motivated Service Representative to join the Aftermarket Sales team in Ohio. The role centers on assisting customers, quoting parts, entering orders, and expediting deliveries while collaborating with production and scheduling to ensure timely belt orders and material planning.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with ERP systems such as Epicor Kinetic and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Over 3 and up to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Broad knowledge of Mayfran products and applications; ability to solve mechanical and electrical repair issues.

Responsibilities

• Answers customer inquiries via phone, fax, and email.
• Quotes customer and dealer requests; parts and metalworking parts.
• Enters customer orders.
• Expedites orders; tracks, traces and follows up with customers.
• Provides maintenance and implementation of inventory and production control procedures.
• Maintains necessary records and reports as required.
