Job summary

Fluent Conveyors, LLC is seeking an Aftersales Representative to support customers after equipment installation, providing replacement parts, upgrades, service coordination, and ongoing support.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Operations to resolve technical issues, coordinate delivery, maintain CRM records, and build lasting customer relationships while identifying opportunities for additional products and services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or inside sales.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using CRM or ERP software.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical products.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding replacement parts and equipment support.
• Prepare quotations for parts, upgrades, and service requests.
• Process customer orders and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Work with Engineering and Operations to resolve technical issues.
• Recommend equipment upgrades and preventive maintenance solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate warranty and service-related activities.
• Build long-term customer relationships through proactive support.
