Armor Metal Group is seeking a Parts Specialist - Aftermarket to join our team in Mason, Ohio. This is a customer-facing role focusing on aftermarket parts inquiries, quotations, and order fulfillment, partnering with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate solutions and on-time delivery.

You will develop quotations, manage RFQs, and become a product expert capable of communicating features, benefits, and applications while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling aftermarket parts quotations and orders.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial equipment is preferred.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for aftermarket parts inquiries, pricing, and support.
• Generate and process sales quotations and RFQs.
• Enter and manage orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Develop product knowledge to advise customers effectively.
