Job summary

ProMach, Inc. seeks an experienced Aftermarket Inside Sales Administrator to support quotations, orders and customer inquiries for aftermarket parts and services from Monroe or Middleton, Wisconsin.

You will collaborate with service, operations and sales teams to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 2+ years in inside sales or aftermarket support, strong ERP/CRM experience (e.g., Syteline, Salesforce), and excellent communication

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales or aftermarket support experience.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer quotations for aftermarket parts, services, repairs, and maintenance agreements.
• Provide superior customer service by determining and assisting customer needs and monitoring order status.
• Liaise with the AR Department to help resolve past due invoices.
• Coordinate with operations, service, purchasing, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
