Job summary

Quest Industrial, a ProMach subsidiary, seeks an experienced Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) to support aftermarket sales. You’ll handle quotations, orders, and customer inquiries, coordinating with service and operations to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Work onsite in Monroe or Middleton, WI, and contribute to revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities and maintaining accurate pricing and records. Strong communication and multitasking are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, customer service, or aftermarket support preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrials is a plus.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer quotations for aftermarket parts, services, repairs, and maintenance agreements.
• Manage quotations, orders and inquiries to support revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing and sales information.
