Job summary

Quest Industrial, a ProMach subsidiary, seeks an Inside Sales Administrator to support aftermarket parts, services, and equipment sales from its Monroe or Middleton, WI facilities. You will handle quotations, orders, and customer inquiries while collaborating with service, operations, and materials teams to drive revenue growth.

The role emphasizes accurate pricing, strong communication, and effective cross-sell/up-sell within existing accounts, with a focus on building lasting customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, sales administration, or aftermarket support experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, automotive, heavy equipment, or related industries is a plus.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer quotations for aftermarket parts, services, repairs, and maintenance agreements.
• Provide superior customer service by determining and assisting customer needs and monitoring order status.
• Maintain the integrity of systems with accurate customer records, pricing, and sales information.
