Job summary

SPX FLOW, now ITT Flow Technologies, is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist in North Carolina to drive quotes and orders for inbound aftermarket opportunities. You will work with ATS and cross-functional teams to qualify opportunities, coordinate resources, and ensure timely quotation and order conversion.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree and 2+ years in inside sales or aftermarket support, with strong communication and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in business, engineering, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• 2+ years in inside sales, customer service, business development, or aftermarket support.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using CRM and sales management systems preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates regularly with Aftermarket Technical Sales (ATS) to support aftermarket inquiries.
• Initiate and quotes/opportunities including replacement gearboxes, gearboxes repairs, spare parts, modernization upgrades, and field services.
• Ensures accurate eSales transaction creation/submission (quote phase as well as order submission) following SOPs and checklists.
• Support Odyssey process execution and opportunity tracking.
• Coordinate follow-up activities with Commercial, ATS, Product Management, and Engineering teams to ensure timely submission of quotations and orders.
• Assist with quote development and customer communication.
