Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking an Inside Sales professional to support the Southeast Pump Specialist division in Georgia. You will respond to inquiries, build relationships, identify sales opportunities, and support outside reps while managing quotes and orders.

Required: 2+ years in inside sales or related experience; strong communication; comfort with MS Office and CRM/ERP systems; ability to work independently and as part of a team, with solid organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales or related experience.
• Experience with industrial pumps/rotating equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read technical specifications and product literature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other channels.
• Develop relationships and identify sales opportunities; follow up on quotes and leads.
• Support outside sales reps with quotations and order management.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
