Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies, a leader in HVAC equipment, is seeking an Inside Technical Sales Representative II to drive aftermarket parts sales, manage customer service for incoming orders via QTC, and ensure accurate SAP setup.

The role requires pricing decisions from cost data, a focus on quotes, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors to meet customer expectations. Hybrid work optional after probation; onsite office.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to propose and implement improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across levels to present data and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively upsell aftermarket parts and train the team on selling techniques.
• Process RFQ/quoting, prepare proposals, and oversee territory revenue and margin performance.
• Lead training, IT and ERP initiatives, and ensure alignment of pricing, product availability and lead times with customers.
