Job summary

MD Helicopters LLC is seeking an experienced aftermarket customer service professional to manage assigned accounts from inquiry through fulfillment, coordinating spare parts, warranty, repair, exchange, and overhaul activities.

You will liaise with Procurement, Engineering, Finance, Production, Warehouse, Shipping, and Technical Support to ensure contracts and requirements are met and to maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in customer service, aftermarket support, spare parts, warranty/repair administration, or order management.
• Bachelor's or higher degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Aviation, Operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned aftermarket customers regarding spare parts, warranty, repair, exchange, overhaul, order status, pricing, and delivery.
• Manage customer requirements from inquiry to shipment and issue resolution.
• Enter and maintain accurate orders in JDE and other systems; coordinate with internal teams to meet commitments.
• Proactively communicate order status, delays, and resolutions; monitor backlog and delivery performance.
• Review warranty claims and coordinate disposition (repair, exchange, overhaul) per policy.
• Prepare internal reports on backlog, delivery performance, and customer metrics.
