Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in aftermarket sales coordination, customer service, or supply chain support.
• Familiarity with GD&T and drafting standards beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review inquiries for spare parts, repairs, and services.
• Identify replacement parts using drawings and BOMs.
• Prepare quotations with scope, notes, exclusions, and commercial terms.
