Job summary

MD Helicopters Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Rep II to manage aftermarket accounts, coordinating spare parts, warranty, and repairs from inquiry to fulfillment. You will serve as the primary customer contact and work with Procurement, Engineering, Finance, and Production to meet contractual commitments.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and ERP system skills. You will monitor orders, warranty activity, and deliverables while supporting AOG and urgent requests.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer-service and account-management capability in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or technical environments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer requirements.
• Ability to interpret contracts, pricing, and warranty provisions and to coordinate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for aftermarket customers on spare parts, warranty, repair, exchange, and overhaul.
• Manage orders from inquiry to shipment and issue resolution in system records (JDE or similar).
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Procurement, Engineering, Finance, Production, Warehouse, Shipping, and Technical Support.
• Monitor order status, backlog, delivery performance, and warranty activity; escalate as needed.
• Communicate status, delays, and resolutions proactively to customers.
• Review warranty claims and coordinate routing for repair or replacement according to policy.
