Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern NH in Concord seeks a part-time Youth Leader to engage school-age members with safe, fun activities and skill-building programs. You’ll support daily activities, monitor safety, and communicate with families and licensing authorities as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with school-age children or youth programs.
• Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior.
• Strong communication with families and guardians.
• Capacity to plan and run quality youth programs.
• Willingness to organize and supervise in a safe environment.
• CPR and First Aid certifications to meet licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise youth in age-appropriate activities.
• Implement and oversee educational, enrichment, and recreational programs.
• Monitor safety, licensing, and attendance records.
• Document incidents and communicate with families and licensing bodies.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Maintain clean, organized program spaces and equipment.
• Collaborate with other staff and supervise a safe environment.
