Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age and able to meet one of the listed qualifications.
• Experience working with school-age children, totaling 600 hours or equivalent.
• Documentation of 3 credits in child development, education, recreation, or related field.
• Documentation of a certified coach status or 5 years of parenting experience.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that facilitates Youth Development Outcomes.
• Promote program participation with age-appropriate activities.
• Assist in orientating new members to scheduling and expectations.
• Provide guidance, role modeling, and constructive feedback to members.
