Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Background in education, recreation, child development, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage elementary-age students in structured activities.
• Assist with homework support periods.
• Maintain safe classroom ratios and environments.
• Communicate professionally with families at pickup.
• Utilize Brightwheel for documentation and communication within role scope.
• Follow all licensing and Texas Rising Stars standards.
• Support behavior management in alignment with PA Kids policies.
• Participate in required staff trainings.
