Foundation Communities in Austin is seeking a part-time Youth Program Assistant to lead after-school and summer activities for K-5 students. You will help with homework, reading, crafts, and fitness in a mostly in-person setting with occasional virtual programs.

The role requires reliability, basic computer skills, and the ability to work with diverse youth. Flexible schedule is needed; location Lakeline area; compensation starts at $19.12 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
• Age 18+ and working toward high school diploma.
• Able to supervise children and lead activities safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities in arts, STEM, reading, and fitness.
• Prepare learning spaces and materials for in-person/virtual settings.
• Assist with homework and tutorials.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and safety.
