Qualifications

• 20+? No—The applicant should be at least 18 years old and working toward a high school diploma.
• Comfortable working with children in grades K-5 as part of Afterschool programming.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and supervise activities.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and online educational tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities including arts, STEM/STEAM, reading, and fitness.
• Support homework and academic enrichment for youth.
• Maintain a clean, organized learning environment and ensure safety.
• Promote inclusivity and positive role modeling for participants.
