Job summary

The YMCA invites applications for an Out-of-School Time Program Aide to join our Denver-based team. You will help create a safe, supportive, and fun environment where youth learn, explore, and belong, while modeling YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

You will support daily activities, assist with homework, lead games, and help with supervision and safety. This role requires strong communication and a commitment to child welfare.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years old.
• Strong skills in human relations.
• Must complete 25-40 hours of license-required childcare training upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Support daily curriculum activities and program delivery.
• Assist with supervision and safety of children.
• Maintain clean and safe program areas and equipment.
• Communicate with parents through the Site Supervisor.
• Attend all trainings, staff meetings, and in-services without exception.
