Qualifications

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work with children; childcare knowledge recommended.
• At least 15 clock hours of training per year (June 1–May 31).
• Knowledge of most aspects of childcare.

Responsibilities

• Follow Colorado Department of Early Childhood licensing requirements; adapt programming for individual children.
• Provide technical physical care as assigned (toileting, feeding, device care); administer medications as needed.
