Job summary

YMCA of Catawba Valley seeks a Group Leader to lead and supervise children in before/after school and summer programs. You will plan activities, maintain a safe environment, and foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities include enforcing rules, recording attendance, and collaborating with staff to deliver quality programs. Prior experience with children is preferred and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; EDU 119 preferred, BSAC.
