Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years in education, student support, or program coordination.
• Experience coordinating before/after-school or out-of-school time programs preferred.
• Knowledge of SEL and bullying prevention strategies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Morning Movement before-school program—planning, scheduling, staffing, supervision.
• Oversee district after-school programs ensuring safety, engagement, and accessibility.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff and volunteers; engage community partners.
• Manage enrollment, attendance, family communication, and program logistics.
• Maintain records, purchasing, payroll-related documentation, and program reporting.
