Job summary

Amherst-Pelham Regional School District seeks a School Support and Engagement Liaison to coordinate district out-of-school time programming, improving student engagement and well-being. You will oversee Morning Movement and after-school programs, engaging families and community partners to reduce barriers to participation.

You will work with administrators to connect OST programming with school-day learning, promote equity, and support students facing academic, social, or behavioral challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• At least three years of experience in education, student support, or program coordination.
• Experience coordinating before-school or after-school programs preferred.
• Knowledge of SEL and bullying prevention strategies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Morning Movement before-school program planning, staffing, and operations.
• Oversee district after-school programs ensuring safe, engaging, accessible programming.
• Recruit and supervise program staff and community partners.
