Job summary

The Boys and Girls Clubs of San Leandro are seeking a Program Site Coordinator to oversee daily after-school programming at the Washington Elementary School site. You will work closely with the Program Manager, staff, students, and families to ensure safe, engaging, and outcome-driven programs aligned with grant standards.

The role requires supervising youth staff, coordinating activities, and maintaining data for reporting.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication to engage staff, students, and families.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Experience supervising youth activities or staff and leading group programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager in managing after-school site activities and ensuring program success.
• Support supervision and development of Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) and staff schedules.
• Engage youth, foster positive member experiences, and provide a structured environment.
• Maintain relationships with school staff, parents, and community partners to enhance program offerings.
• Track attendance and outcomes using MyClubHub and prepare data for reports.
