Job summary

EduCare Foundation is seeking a Site Coordinator to manage after-school programs at Lynwood and Firebaugh high schools. You will supervise site staff, coordinate activities, field trips, and events while maintaining safety and program quality.

The role requires strong organization, communication with school staff and families, attendance tracking, and adherence to program policies. Some evenings and weekends may be required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years in after-school programs or youth services.
• Knowledge of data collection and reporting in education programs.
• Experience coordinating activities and events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily after-school programs, events and field trips.
• Supervise 2 site leads and 3 program staff.
• Ensure compliance with program policies and grant requirements.
• Meet attendance and ADA targets; track and report attendance.
• Liaise with school administration, parents, and community partners.
• Recruit students and tailor activities to student needs.
• Maintain safety and a positive program environment.
• Prepare monthly calendars and submit required reports.
