Job summary

EduCare Foundation is seeking an After-School Program Staff Lead to help operate a safe, engaging middle school after-school program. You will work closely with the Site Coordinator, mentor frontline staff, and support daily administrative tasks while facilitating student-centered activities.

The role emphasizes program quality, safety, and strong family/school communication, with opportunities for growth and leadership within EduCare Foundation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in after-school, youth development, or related programs.
• Experience guiding staff and coordinating program activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Coordinator with daily administration and operation of the after-school program.
• Dedicate ~2 hours daily to office, attendance, compliance, and program-support responsibilities.
• Maintain attendance, incident, registration, and required records with accuracy.
