Job summary

The California Teaching Fellows Foundation is looking for a Site Lead for part-time support in afterschool activities. You will coordinate programs while ensuring compliance with state laws and facilitating a safe atmosphere for students.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and the ability to work Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication and leadership skills. Join us in empowering youth and enriching communities!

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States required.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and Tuberculosis exam.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate afterschool programs and ensure compliance with laws.
• Create marketing materials to promote the program.
• Observe classrooms and mentor staff.
• Manage budget and purchase orders.
• Attend staff development trainings and perform other duties as assigned.
