Job summary

EduCare Foundation is seeking a Site Coordinator to manage after-school programs at Lynwood High School and Marco Antonio Firebaugh High School. The role involves coordinating activities, field trips, and enrichment programs while collaborating with school staff and EduCare departments to deliver a comprehensive after-school experience.

The Site Coordinator mentors students, promotes social-emotional learning, and ensures a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred and relevant experience in after-school programs.
Minimum of two years of experience coordinating programs or similar leadership roles.
Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage daily after-school programs, events and field trips on site.
Supervise 2 staff leads and 3 site staff; ensure adherence to policies.
Monitor attendance and compliance per program requirements and manuals.
Liaise with school administration, families and community partners.
Recruit students and tailor activities to student needs and school goals.
Maintain program calendars, surveys and CQI feedback processes.
Ensure safety, emergency drills, and timely documentation submission.
Support budgeting, purchasing and vendor coordination as needed.
