Job summary

EduCare Foundation seeks an After-School Program Staff Lead to support daily operations of a middle school program, combining direct student activities with administrative tasks and staff guidance. You will work with the Site Coordinator, dedicate about two hours daily to office tasks, attendance, and compliance, while facilitating engaging academic, enrichment, or recreation activities for students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; additional education preferred.
• Two years of experience in after-school, youth development, or education programs.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Coordinator with daily program administration and operations.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to frontline staff and supervise students.
• Monitor attendance, records, and compliance, ensuring timely documentation.
• Facilitate age-appropriate academic, enrichment, or physical-recreation activities.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming program environment.
