Arc After School & Experiential Education is seeking a Site Coordinator to lead and mentor after-school programs across Southern California. You will plan activities, recruit and train staff, and partner with school administrators to ensure high-quality, safe programs that support student growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in after-school programming operations and administrative skills.
• 1+ years’ experience managing a team.
• Strong communication with kids, parents, school admin and teachers.
• Ability to supervise and support staff without constant direction.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff.
• Professional attitude, commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and professional discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and common operating systems.
• college transcripts that show you have 48+ college credit units completed OR you take and pass an academic proficiency exam.
• To get a TB test (and provide proof that it is negative) and pass a Live Scan background check.
• You will be required to take CPR and first aid training or provide proof that you have been certified within 12 months.
• English - Spanish bilingual speaker highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily afterschool programs and activities.
• Recruit, train, and manage afterschool program staff.
• Develop staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive environment for staff and students.
• Collaborate with school administration for program success.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.
