Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs.
Coursework or training in child development or related field.
Strong communication, oral, written, and visual with adults and children.
Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community.
Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

Safety & Joy: model safety and joy standards and keep attendance policies up to date.
Safety Assurance: support and report on safety protocols; submit proof of MMR.
Effective Communication: engage families, partners, and children; respond promptly to inquiries.
Documentation and Compliance: maintain student check-in/out records and procedures.
Daily Routine: implement daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
