Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age (preferred).
• Ability to lift 25lbs.

• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals and updates, share ideas, and team accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: plan curriculum and activities, ensuring alignment with the program's objectives.
• Leading by Example: maintain a safe and nurturing environment with positive guidance.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor the environment and follow safety protocols.
• Communication: engage with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
